Deep Dey Infrastructure respects the intellectual property rights of others. We expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our tools or on our infrastructure if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.

2. Infringement Notification

If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements by completing a DMCA Notice and delivering it to us. Upon receipt of a valid Notice, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, including removal of the challenged content.

3. Required Information

• Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
• Identify the material that you claim is infringing and its location (URL or specific tool).
• Provide your contact information (address, telephone number, and email).
• A statement of "good faith belief" that use of the material is not authorized.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate.

All legal notices must be routed through: a@qlynk.me. This is the primary intake node for intellectual property disputes.
